Guru Rinpoche, the Precious Master. Guru Rinpoche is shown here with Longchenpa on his left, who systematized the Nyingma teachings in his ‘Seven Treasures’ and wrote extensively on Dzogchen. He transmitted the Longchen Nyingtig cycle of teachings and practice to Jigme Lingpa and it has since become one of the most widely practiced teachings of traditions.

To Guru Rinpoche’s right is Jigme Lingpa also called Khyentse Ozer, Rays of Compassion and Wisdom; he was a great scholar and visionary.
